The DSM Plant Movement Division was recently tasked with a challenging project at Broadgate, involving the offload and installation of critical energy-saving chiller units deep within a basement plant room. It was the kind of job that required precision, planning, and the right equipment - and that’s exactly what we brought.

With low headroom, ducting, pipework, and parking bays restricting every move, this was no straightforward delivery. Our Fassi 710 HIAB handled the initial offload with stability and accuracy, fully managed under LOLER compliance by our in-house AP team. From there, our PowerAttack system took over, allowing us to skate and guide multi-tonne chiller units through narrow corridors and into final position with millimetre precision.
