In the heart of Mayfair, DSM Contract Lifting Services carried out a full contract lift at Devonshire House - right in one of London’s busiest districts. Working alongside our trusted partners at ACES, this project showcased how strong teamwork and expert planning come together to deliver safe, efficient lifting operations.
The task involved removing a 500 kW rental chiller from the roof - a lift that required precision, coordination, and full road closure management. DSM handled every element of the operation, from traffic management and logistics to crane hire and transport, all managed seamlessly by our experienced in-house team.
This was contract lifting in London at its best - operating within tight restrictions, coordinating multiple parties, and completing the job safely and on schedule.
