An opportunity has arisen to support our back office as an administrator, supporting the day to day function of the office and carrying out a range of administrative and business support tasks. The office is a fundamental part of our business as everything that happens there supports the teams on the ground.



  • Dealing with daily enquiries via email and phone and directing queries to the relevant member of staff.

  • Arranging MOT’S and services.

  • Check, monitor and rectify daily vehicle checks and then file

  • Monitor and ensure driver vehicle and tacho downloads are complete.

  • Issuing Purchase orders

  • Provide customers with Waste transfer notes

  • Fuel management

  • Supporting accounts department 

  • Completing all administrative processes and procedures in adherence to company standards and policies.

  • Supporting members of staff with workload and tasks as requested.


Location and commitment

  • Permanent role based in Bowers Gifford head office.

  • Monday to Friday 09.00am – 17.00pm 30 mins lunch break.



  • 6 month+ previous experience in an administrative role.
