UniMat® MODULAR ALUMINIUM LOAD SPREAD SYSTEM
This product is designed to spread outrigger and stabilise loads for various plant and equipment. It has exceptional flexural and compressive strength and can be easily set up by hand with a single 500mm module width, providing flexibility and interchangeable rig setup areas. It has been laboratory tested to withstand up to 150 tonnes of weight without permanent deformation, and can withstand over 2,500 tonnes/m2 of pressure. It avoids the need for additional site plant and HGV transport, can be easily carried in box vans or pickups less than 3.5 tonnes, and eliminates the necessity to short rig mobile cranes on small mats. This product is purpose-designed to maximise site robustness and longevity and has an ergonomic design, with integral hand grips to ensure enhanced site handling. It also has a safety grip finish to enhance purchase between mat layers and hardstanding, and high visibility fluorescent site safety detailing to reduce slips and trips and increase visibility to site traffic.
