Meet Stephen Torrens, Technical AP

Stephen is currently supporting the expansion of our depots while helping strengthen the wider DSM network, including our growing presence in Cambridge.

With a background in the military, he brought a strong work ethic into the lifting industry and built his career from the ground up. Starting as a Slinger, progressing to Supervisor, then Crane Operator, and now a Technical AP, Stephen understands every stage of the lifting process.

That hands-on experience matters. It means Stephen doesn’t just plan lifts on paper, he understands what’s happening on site, how teams operate, and what’s needed to deliver lifts safely and efficiently.
